This Privacy Policy describes how Eterrnal (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit www.eterrnal.com. The site is currently a pre-launch landing page — we are not yet selling anything. By using the site you agree to the terms below. We will update this policy when the storefront opens.
01 What we collect
We collect only what we need to operate the launch list:
- Email address — when you subscribe to launch notifications.
- Contact form data — the name, email, and message you send us via the Contact page.
- Technical data — IP address, browser, and device type, collected automatically by our hosting provider for security and basic traffic measurement.
02 How we use it
- To notify you about the launch — only if you’ve subscribed.
- To reply to messages you send us.
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your personal data. Ever.
03 Who we share it with
We share data only with the services that help us run the launch list:
- Resend — stores your email address and sends launch notifications and contact-form replies.
- Vercel — hosts the site and processes form submissions.
Each has its own privacy policy. We never give them more than they need.
04 Cookies
The site does not set marketing or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may set a small number of strictly necessary cookies for security and load balancing.
05 Your rights
Depending on where you live (EU/UK under GDPR, California under CCPA, and similar laws elsewhere), you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct or delete it.
- Withdraw consent for marketing emails (use the unsubscribe link in any email).

06 How long we keep it
We keep email addresses until you unsubscribe. Contact-form messages are deleted after we’ve answered them.

We use industry-standard safeguards (HTTPS, access controls, vetted providers). No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data as if it were our own.
08 Children
The site is not directed at anyone under 16. We don’t knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have, write to us and we’ll remove it.
09 Changes
If we update this policy, the “Last updated” date at the top will change. Material changes will be announced by email to subscribers.
