These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.eterrnal.com and any goods you purchase from Eterrnal (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
01 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old — or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction — to make a purchase. By placing an order you confirm that you are.
02 The site
We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we offer it “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time.
03 Orders & pricing
- All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and exclude shipping and taxes unless stated.
- Placing an order is an offer to buy; we reserve the right to accept or decline orders, including for stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
- Once we accept your order, a contract of sale is formed and we’ll send a confirmation email.
- Quantities are limited — some pieces are made by hand and may sell out without restock.
04 Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Estimated delivery times are listed at checkout and are best-effort — we’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers or weather.
05 All sales final
Quantities are limited and pieces are made by hand. Because of this, all sales are final: we do not accept returns or exchanges, and orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Defective or incorrect items are covered separately under §06 below, and nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
06 Defective or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or wrong, write to us within 7 days with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
07 Intellectual property
All content on this site — the “Eterrnal” name, the wordmark, the sigil, photography, copy, and code — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it commercially without written permission.
08 Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site in a way that breaks any law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system.
- Resell goods purchased from us in a manner that misrepresents the brand.
- Scrape or copy content for competing commercial use.
09 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless local consumer-protection law gives you the right to choose otherwise.
11 Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change accordingly. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new Terms.
